Greg ZalkinFounder and CEOgreg@roomservicerentals.com | 305.757.7500In 2005, Greg left his position as an event production manager in Manhattan to launch what would become the country’s premier furniture and event rental company, Room Service Furniture and Event Rentals. With a vision to supply a much-needed first-class service to the event industry, Greg used an SBA loan to establish the foundation for Room Service. Armed with a degree in Public Relations and Marketing from American University, and drawing upon experiences in the event industry, from nightclub ownership to working in the Executive Office of the President for Scheduling and Advance in the White House, Greg turned Room Service into a company that clients ranging from Shaquille O’Neal and P. Diddy to Citigroup and Tommy Hilfiger reach out to for stylishly chic furniture and decor, for events coast to coast. Greg enjoys designing and testing new product lines for Room Service and has plans to expand the company to locations across the country. |

Once in Miami, Mandy worked for Miami New Times and BizBash Florida. Since joining Room Service, Mandy has managed the Tampa market and now Mandy brings her attention to detail and constant accessibility to the clients in the South Florida region. |

Ralph VizcarrondoAccounting Managerralph@roomservicerentals.com | 305.757.7500Ralph originates for Bridgeport, CT. His accounting experience ranges from working in small private accounting firms to the accounting department for large companies such as Louis Vuitton. Ralph currently manages all financial transactions and reporting for the entire company, while at the same time managing the human resources division. He is a stickler for the details, but he has to be with all that on his plate. |

Raised on the values of diligence and perfectionism, Brady has set his focus on ensuring that the Room Service level of customer service is provided around the clock to customers. Brady calls it “satisfaction with a smile!” Being the humble guy that he is, Brady accredits the success of his department to the staff he works with. |

Erica RosenbluthExecutive/Marketing Assistant-South Florida| 305.757.7500Although born and raised in Miami, Erica lived in Boston and Los Angeles before recently making the big move back to South Florida. She graduated from Boston University with a degree in Communications and then spent three years in LA working in talent management, coordinating the professional and day-to-day lives of actors and actresses. Erica does a little bit of everything around the Miami office as well as assisting with all of the marketing efforts on behalf of Room Service.

Furthermore, she has coordinated events for a non-profit organization and worked with a variety of hospitality based companies. Amy earned her degree from the Rosen College of Hospitality Management in Orlando, FL several years ago before taking a year off to teach and travel abroad. On her spare time, she enjoys the beach, spending time with her dog, and taking trips (both near and far). |

At Room Service, Shane is a bit of jack of all trades, he is the Vice President of Operations, overseeing all offices, while also managing the IT side of the company. Shane is sometimes considered the glue of the company. He is a problem solver and draws on his broad range of previous hospitality experience to bring many different perspectives to every situation. |

With Room Service, Lindsay talks the ears off of clients and potential clients in Orlando, Tampa and Jacksonville, but is always looking for a way to make their lives easier. She lives and dies for the power of networking and has submersed herself in NACE, MPI, ISES, HSMAI, ABC and ISES in her markets. She even serves on the executive board for ISES and multiple committees for NACE and MPI. |

For the last 8 years Stephanie has worked with clients nationally both within Events & Tradeshow. Her attention to detail and total understanding of the time sensitivity required in this industry makes her a great asset to the team. Stephanie has a flair for art and home décor but her true passion is her small “in-house zoo” including 3 Dogs, 2 Cats, a Bearded Dragon and a Sun Conure. |
